This piece is from the booklet 'My heart is true' by Blackbird Designs and Nicoletta Farrauto. I am using the suggested DMC threads and gingham fabric. So far it has been a very easy stitch and is looking good! I might even have it finished before the weekend if I am lucky!

Great job, Jackie! I just love that gingham fabric and must go on the hunt for some. I did a stuffed angel in the brown gingham but don't have anymore. It's great stuff, isn't it? Love the banner on your blog - really pretty.

Jackie, it looks so nice on that fabric. Did you use the colours the pattern calls for? I have that booklet too and have to look for this design. Very motivating, your blog.
